Refunds & Cancellation


Here at Goose Apparel Co., we strive to make every piece of clothing and accessory as awesome and unique as the person wearing it. If for whatever reason you feel that your item has arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately. We'd like to hear from you, and will do everything we can to rectify the issue. Return Policy
New, unworn items may be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Please note that each piece is made-to-order and those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin production on your items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of your item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Representative. Cancellations will process on the same day that we receive the request. The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 days to process your refund once it is approved.
